The Electric Wheel rolled into 2026 with even more organized race events. We're currently running the NASCAR Stock and Brushless Flexis on Thursdays on the Gerding King and Tuesday Nights we're hitting the Oval with Dirt Late Model and Dirt Modified Womps. We're also working on a new 1/32 Sprint car class for the Oval as well. Stay tuned!

We will be continuing our Rookie Race Night based on participation. If you're interested in learning Slot Car Racing drop us an email or give us a call at 724-496-4406.

Electric Wheel is also excited to announce our "RACE TO SAVE" awards program. It's a great way to save $$ on your hobby while enjoying racing. It's quite simple each racer will earn points based on their finishing positions in every class they race. Once a racer achieves various levels of points, they will earn rewards. Come join in and race and earn points! It's our way to give back to our loyal racers and have fun at the same time!

There are three levels:
Pro Silver – 10% off all cars, parts and accessories purchased in-store and online.
Pro Gold – Includes Pro Silver benefits plus unlimited free practice and testing.
Pro Platinum – Includes Silver and Gold benefits plus all race fees reduced to $5 each.

Pro Silver – 300 points
Pro Gold – 600 points
Pro Platinum – 1000 points

2026 Electric Wheel Rookie Race Night

The Electric Wheel is excited to announce our new “Rookie Race Night”. This is a great chance for you and your family and friends to learn the hobby of Slot Car Racing. Rookie Race night is intended for beginners that want to check out the excitement of racing. This is a show up and race series. Electric Wheel will supply the cars, controllers and know how. All you have to do is show up and race!

This will be a real race situation with the same rules we use for all our races and will prepare motivated racers for our regular race series. Each racer will compete on the King Track racing on all 8 lanes for a minute and a half each lane with a two minute break between each stint. The winner is the racer that completes the most laps. Podium Certificates will be presented to the top three racers.

Rookie Race Nights will be one Wednesday every month. Orientation and practice will start at 6 pm with the racing action beginning at 7 pm and ending at approximately at 8 pm. Pre-registration is required by 4 pm Wednesday. We encourage families. Kids 12 and older are welcome and there will be special family rates. Don’t miss this chance to make some lifelong memories with family and friends.

 

2026 Electric Wheel Dirt Late Model & Modified  Womp Classes

Electric Wheel will be continuing to run a couple AWRA Womp Classes we ran for the AWRA National that took place here in April. We'll be running the Dirt Late Model class on our oval paired with Dirt Modified class on Tuesdays. Practice begins at 6 pm and racing starts at 7 pm. See details, schedules and regulations below.

2026 Electric Wheel NASCAR Stock Car 

We're continuing the NASCAR Stock again on Thursday evenings. We will be running the NASCAR Stock Class along with the FCR 4.5.  Practice begins at 6 pm and racing starts at 7 pm. See details, schedules and regulations below.

This class will feature the FCR 4.5 Class and will be paired with the NASCAR Stock Class. We will be open Thursdays from 4 till 10 pm running the three classes.
